TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:
General Terms
• I accept payments through PayPal in NOK only.
• I have the right to decline your commission.
• My commissions are for personal use. Meaning you cannot use your commission for profit
(selling t-shirts, stickers, prints etc. this includes minting my work for NFTs). If you are interested in commissioning me for commercial work, or bigger projects please email me all of the details of your
project and we can discuss it further!
• I will not start your commission until full payment is received.
• Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment.
I will inform the client before starting the commission.
• There is no set deadline for any commission unless specified. Rush jobs require additional fees.
• I retain the right to use commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, and post/stream on my social media accounts. Let me know beforehand if you don't want your commission shared.
• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
• I have the right to take action, once I find out a breach of terms and service has been made.I am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided.
Payment
• All commissions must be paid upfront in full.
• Payment is through Paypal invoice exclusively.
• Do not pay me before I send you an invoice.
• Changes are allowed during the sketch and color stages. Major edits will result in an additional fee.
• The commercial price is different from personal use.
• Once a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes. Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
Process
• I begin the commission after payment has been received.
• there are three stages to my work: sketch, color, rendering.
• I will send you a sketch and receive feedback. Once you're satisfied with the lineart and flat coloring I will continue with the rest of the work and render.
• I will send the commissions VIA Email.
Copyright Policy
I reserve all copyright to my art.The commissioner is allowed to:
• Repost the commissioned work with credit to me, the artist
• Use the work with respect to our agreement (personal or commercial)
• Print, use on merch, sell artwork with proper credit to the artist (commercial use only)
• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• You can use the commission for: icons and display pictures on social media, Youtube thumbnails or headers, graphics for your stream.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
• If you commit copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The Following is Considered Copyright Infringement
• Using and/or reproducing the works without permission of the artist
(both commercially and personally)
• Removing watermarks and signatures
• Altering the artwork without the artist’s consent
• Refusal to credit the artist
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
• Using my work to feed into ai (artificial intelligence) for the creation of works with the same likeness to my style
Cancelling/Refunding Policy
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. You may get 100% refund if the sketch has not been made. Anything after the sketch will result in 50% refund.
• Once the artwork is complete, a refund will not be allowed.
• If the invoice has not been paid within 3 days, it will be cancelled along the commission
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again. Your name will be publicly noted for other artists to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

How To Order a Commission
First read the terms of service (T.O.S)
What to include in your commission request:
- Commission type (half/full body, emote, etc.)
- Character reference(s) (These can be drawings, photos, or a Pinterest board, as long as you have some visual aid to describe what you’d like me to draw!)
- A short description of your character’s personality (this helps me get a feel for how to draw your character)
- Pose and expression if you have specific ones in mind
- Any extras that will add to the composition of the piece. Example an item, props
- Additional info
- Deadline (if there is a short deadline I may decline your commission request)
- Your paypal email
If you have a request for something that I haven't listed on my website (art or design),
feel free to ask me and I might create something for you!
